Basics:
Q. I just created a account, what do I do?
A. Go to http://www.pokemontcg.com, click on download, and then click on the download button. When downloaded, click on the program, and run the installing wizard. For mac users, click on the button Get Mac Version at the middle of the screen vertically.
Q. I am having bugs and/or problems, what do I do?
A. Goto http://www.pokemontcg.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?3-English, login, and then click on Help & Support. Then click the yellow button Create New Thread and write your bug or problem
Q. How should I start off?
A. Type plasmastorm or boundariescrossed
Currency:
Q. What are Tokens?
A. Tokens are a currency you can earn by winning Multiplayer Games, and can be used to buy cards and packs.
Q. What are Gems?
A. Gems are a currency used in the future. They have not yet been released.
Q. What are Codes?
A. Codes can be obtained by buying packs in the real world. They can be entered by opening up the TCGO Software, and then clicking the bag button, the 7th button from the left at the top.
